Strength 360: Hybrid is the bridge between strength training and cardio, combining purposeful resistance work with elevated heart-rate training for a well-rounded, full-body session.
This class focuses on building strength while improving endurance, using functional movements that challenge your muscles and your cardiovascular system in equal measure. You’ll lift, move, and sweat — without the session leaning fully into heavy strength work or all-out cardio.
Hybrid is ideal for members who want more intensity than traditional strength training, but aren’t looking for a purely cardio-driven workout. It prepares your body to move efficiently, handle sustained effort, and feel strong in everyday life.
Beginner-friendly while still challenging for experienced members who want to push pace, load, or effort.
