Struggling to squat without knee pain? Deadlifts feel awkward on your back? Can’t quite get that first push-up or pull-up? You’re not alone — and this class is built for you.

Strength Foundations focuses on improving five key movement patterns essential to everyday strength. Each week, we’ll break down 2 of these exercises— Squat, Deadlift, Lunge, Push-Up, and Pull-Up with targeted mobility, strength, and core work to fix imbalances, improve form, and build the foundation for pain-free, powerful movement.

BEGINNER-FRIENDLY, but designed to challenge every level, this class will help you move better, lift stronger, and finally achieve the progress you’ve been chasing — whether that’s a deeper squat, a stronger deadlift, or your very first pull-up.
