This is not your traditional barre class.

Join us for a UNIQUE CLASS that blends the control and precision of Barre and Pilates with resistance-based strength training to help you build lean muscle, improve posture, and feel strong in every movement.

Expect controlled tempo work, intentional pulses, heavier resistance options, and full-body muscle activation. This class will challenge your GLUTES, CORE, ARMS, and LEGS with slow, controlled reps and intentional burn.

You’ll feel the BURN.

You’ll build STRENGTH.

You’ll leave stronger than you walked in.

This class is perfect for anyone who loves the barre “burn” but wants more intensity and visible strength results.
