Strength in Numbers is our strength-focused training class, designed to help you build muscle, increase power, and develop full-body strength through intentional resistance work.

This class prioritizes load, control, and quality movement, with coaching that emphasizes proper form, progressions, and long-term strength development. Cardio may be present, but it supports the work — strength is always the goal.

With options provided for all fitness levels, Strength in Numbers meets you where you’re at while challenging you to lift with confidence and consistency in a supportive group environment.
