Strength 360: Impact is our most cardio-driven class, designed to push your heart rate, improve endurance, and keep you moving with purpose from start to finish. This class prioritizes conditioning, power, and sustained effort.
You’ll still use functional strength movements, but the focus is on cardio output, athletic flow, and energy, using varied formats that go beyond the traditional Strength 360 structure. Expect minimal downtime, creative transitions, and workouts that challenge your lungs as much as the rest of your body.
This class is accessible for all fitness levels — but make no mistake:
Impact is a step up from Strength 360: Hybrid in terms of cardio demand.
