This class focuses on creating a strong, stable, and mobile body by targeting two key areas: the hips and shoulders. Through purposeful, feel-good movements, you’ll strengthen your glutes, upper back, core, and stabilizing muscles that support how you move every day.
Expect a well-paced LOW IMPACT STRENGTH CLASS with mobility worked in to help improve posture, balance, coordination, and overall movement quality. You’ll leave feeling more connected, more confident, and more capable in your body — not beat up.
This class is perfect if you want to move better, feel stronger, and support long-term joint health.
All fitness levels are welcome, with options provided so you can meet your body where it’s at.
